CONTENT REMOVAL & APPEALS
Foundation for User Communities & Interactive Technology LLC, DBA FUCIT ("we", "us", "our") maintains this Appeals & Takedown Policy to enable individuals depicted in content to request removal and to provide a fair appeals process for content decisions.

CONTENT TAKEDOWN REQUESTS
If you have been depicted in content on our platform and would like to request removal of such content, we will review your request promptly.
> Who Can Request Removal
- Any individual depicted in content on our platform
- Authorized representatives acting on behalf of depicted individuals
- Copyright holders (for DMCA takedown requests)
- Legal guardians for content depicting minors
> Grounds for Removal
Content will be removed if:
- Consent was not given for the content to be shared
- Consent has been withdrawn
- Consent is void under applicable law
- The content violates our Terms of Service
- The content is illegal
- The content infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights
HOW TO SUBMIT A TAKEDOWN REQUEST
To request removal of content depicting you, please contact us with the following information:

Please include "TAKEDOWN REQUEST" in the subject line.
- Your name and contact information
- URL or description of the content
- Explanation of how you are depicted
- Statement regarding consent status
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., link to your social profile)
We may request additional verification in some cases.
> Response Time
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days. If the content is found to violate consent requirements or our policies, it will be removed promptly.
DMCA COPYRIGHT TAKEDOWN
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
> DMCA Notice Requirements
Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material to be removed with sufficient information to locate it
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
> Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction
APPEALS PROCESS
If you disagree with a content decision (whether removal or refusal to remove), you have the right to appeal.
> How to Appeal
- Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the original decision
- Send your appeal to support@fucit.net with "APPEAL" in the subject line
- Include the original request reference number
- Provide additional information or evidence supporting your appeal
> Appeal Review
- Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the original decision-maker
- You will receive a response within 7 business days
- The appeal decision will include an explanation of the reasoning
