HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT
Foundation for User Communities & Interactive Technology LLC, DBA FUCIT ("we", "us", "our") is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. This Complaints Policy outlines how you can report content that may be illegal or otherwise violates our standards.

SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT
If you would like to make a complaint about content on our platform, you may contact us using any of the following methods:

Please include "COMPLAINT" in the subject line.
To help us process your complaint efficiently, please provide:
- Your contact information
- Description of the content or issue
- URL or location of the content (if applicable)
- Reason for the complaint
- Any supporting evidence
WHAT CAN BE REPORTED
You may file a complaint about content that:
> Reportable Content
- May be illegal under applicable law
- Violates our Terms of Service
- Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
- Depicts or promotes human trafficking
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Promotes violence, harassment, or abuse
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains fraudulent or deceptive material
- Violates privacy rights
OUR REVIEW PROCESS
We are committed to handling all complaints promptly and fairly.

- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
- Investigation: Our team will review the reported content and gather relevant information.
- Decision: A decision will be made within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.
- Notification: You will be informed of the outcome and any actions taken.
> Possible Outcomes
- Content removal or restriction
- User warning or account suspension
- Account termination
- Referral to law enforcement (for illegal content)
- No action (if content does not violate our policies)
APPEALS PROCESS
If you disagree with the outcome of a complaint decision, you have the right to appeal.
> How to Appeal
- Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the decision
- Send your appeal to support@fucit.net with "APPEAL" in the subject line
- Include the original complaint reference and reason for appeal
- Appeals will be reviewed by a different team member
> Third-Party Resolution
If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal that cannot be resolved internally, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral third-party body at no cost to the complainant.
